SHIPPING QUESTIONS

How long does it take to ship my order?


Please allow 5 - 9 business days to receive your order.  International shipping can take up to 15 business days depending on the weather, security customs delay, etc. If you would like us to ship your order with next-day shipping, please contact us before placing the order.

What if an item is out of stock?

You can email us to check when the product will be in stock. 

Please add the item to the waiting list so that we will notify you as soon as the product is back in stock.


What sizes do your shirts come in?

Men's garments: Small � X-Large

Women's garments: Small � Large

The shirts tend to run slimmer than average t-shirts.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Paypal, or Cash in person.  Paypal requires a confirmed address for payment. 

Please Note: Your order may be canceled
if your billing/shipping address can not be verified.


When am I charged for my order?

Your credit card is charged the day your order ships.


Do you accept local pick ups?

Yes, please Call Us before making a purchase.

If an item is not picked up within a week, we will refund you and cancel the order.

Do you ship outside the United States of America?

Yes, however we ONLY ship via priority mail to specific countries.

Please note: if you place an order that is subject to customs and duties, we are not responsible those charges. Payment of all duties and taxes are your responsibility. If you have questions about your country's import regulations, please contact your local Customs office.  If you purchase an item from us, we declare all packages as "Merchandise" on the Customs Forms. We will NOT declare items as gift.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?


Yes, all transactions are completed on our secure server and are transmitted in a secure encrypted format.  Geo trust quick SSL are the leaders of safe and secure e-commerce.


Estimated Arrival Time

If you would like to add insurance, signature confirmation, etc. please choose it under shipping options or contact us. POPKILLER is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.

Shipping and handling charges are calculated by weight. All orders are shipped with The United States Postal Service.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days for the handling process.


Standard Delivery (US only)

We usually ship out your item within 2 - 4 business days. The main office is closed on the weekend and most holidays.  Your order will usually arrive within 7 to 15 business days depending on the delivery option that you select.

International Standard Delivery

Order usually arrives within 10 - 15 business days.

International Express Delivery

Orders usually arrive within 5 - 10 business days (varies).


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGE FOR VINTAGE ITEMS!

RETURNS:

a return request must be made within 14 days
of the initial purchase by email.

All items MUST be in the original condition
(unworn and not-washed) with the original tags. 

The item(s) sent back to us without notice will not be processed.  The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. 




EXCHANGES:

We only offer a size-exchange per order.  No other exchanges will be honored. An exchange request must be made within 14 days of purchase by email or phone. Please contact@popkiller.us and include the subject "EXCHANGE REQUEST" and order number which begins with PKOS.

The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. 

The item(s) MUST be in the original condition (unworn and not-washed) with the original tags. Once we receive the item, we will process the request and send out the new merchandiseWe recommend insuring your package to guarantee its arrival.



If we processed the order incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, wrong size) we will pay for all shipping costs and exchange it with the correct item.


We do not accept COD returns.
 
We must receive a return or exchange request within

14 business days of purchase. We will not process items sent back to us without notice.




For International Customers:


Items can NOT be returned or exchanged.  No exceptions.

We use the information collected from you for billing and shipment purposes only.
