The post office determines shipping fees by weight and destination, so your shipping charge may be different from what you pay. (Ex: One $24 T-shirt is heavier than two $12 sunglasses.) In that case shipping charge is not refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order. Charges are calculated before taxes. All orders are shipped with The United States Postal Service.
Please allow 2-4 days to prepare the order for shipping.
Standard Delivery (US only)
Order usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipping. Order will be shipped with Priority Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation.

International Standard Delivery
Order usually arrives within 10–14 business days.

International Express Delivery
Add $22 to International Standard Delivery charge. Orders usually arrive within 6–10 business days. Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us from our Contact Us page or at contact@popkiller.us then we will arrange your request. We must receive an exchange or return request within 10 days of purchase. (21days for international). We cannot process items sent back to us without notice. For Exchanges
We only exchange items for a different size or if the item was defective. Item must be non-worn non-washed. An exchange for an item different than the original order is not acceptable. Once we receive back the item for exchange, we will process the request and send out the new merchandise. Unless we made an error processing your order (wrong item, wrong size etc.) the return postage is paid by you. We do not accept COD returns. We suggest insuring your package to guarantee its arrival.
