Returns and Exchanges

Online returns and exchanges are easy!

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise on all orders placed online at popkiller.us, shipped within the US.

If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, make a request within 14 days of receipt of the item. You must ship back your item within a month of request, or it will be considered without notice and subject to a restocking fee.

Please note, all sale, Free items and vintage items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.

FOR EXCHANGES
1.   Please e-mail us at customerservice@popkiller.us with the subject: "EXCHANGE REQUEST"

2.   Please include your full name, shipping address, order number, and reason for the exchange. Please state what size or color you would like to exchange for.

3.  Item(s) sent back to us without notice will be subjected to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For size or color exchanges, buyer is responsible for shipping item back to us. We will reship the exchange for free. **If we processed the order incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, wrong size) we will pay for all associated shipping costs.

4. Once your item is received back to us, we will re-send the requested size or color. Packages can occasionally be lost in the mail so tracking on the package is recommended.

For RETURNS
1.   Please e-mail us at customerservice@popkiller.us with the subject: "RETURN REQUEST"

2.   Please include your full name, shipping address, order number, and reason for the return.

3.  Item(s) sent back to us without notice will be subjected to a non-negotiable 30% restocking fee.  Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note, buyer is responsible for shipping the order back to us. We will reship exchanges for free. **If we processed the order incorrectly (i.e. wrong item, wrong size) we will pay for all associated shipping costs.

4. Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund your order less shipping costs. Packages can occasionally be lost in the mail so tracking on the package is recommended.

If your item is DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED
All Popkiller products undergo numerous quality checks during the production process. Products are again quality checked in-store and once again when being packed to ship.

On the rare occasion, a package may become damaged in shipment. If this does occur, please send us photos of the damage as soon as possible to customerservice@popkiller.us

All requests for damaged or defective goods must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.


For International Customers:

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds and exchanges to internationally shipped orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.
