Shipping policy

We do not currently offer guaranteed delivery. All transit times are estimates only, and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates. 

Delivery time for international orders will depend on the destination country. Please be aware that transit times may be as long as 40 - 60 working days. 

General Shipping Information

  • We ship orders Monday - Friday
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays 
  • Most shirts are printed to order, so it may take up to 7 business days to fulfill your order. For the vast majority of orders, items will ship sooner than 7 business days. During periods of high order volume, orders may take longer than 7 business days. 
  • If you need an item by a specific date, please reach out to us via email at customerservice@popkiller.us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
  • A shipping notification with tracking number will be emailed or texted to you upon shipment (depending on the method of communication selected at checkout)
  • Orders may be subject to verification and approval before shipping. Popkiller reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified.
  • While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Popkiller cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
  • Once shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For orders less than $150

  • Your order will be shipped via your selected shipping method
  • All domestic orders under $150 will be shipped at carrier-cost, whichever method is chosen 

For orders $150+

  • All US orders $150+ qualify for free standard shipping
  • Orders will be shipped via the free standard shipping option unless you select and pay for an alternative
  • To qualify for free shipping, orders must be $150 or more and be made in a single transaction
  • Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to meet the $150 minimum.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, fees that an order is subject to.
  • Customs, duties and fees vary by country and by product purchased.
  • If you have questions about your country's import regulations, please contact your local Customs office.
  • If you purchase an item from us, we declare all packages as "Merchandise" on the Customs Forms. We cannot declare items as a gift.

For orders less than $300

  • All international orders under $300 will be shipped at carrier-cost, whichever method is chosen
  • Transit times will vary greatly depending on the destination country, carrier and method chosen, and other factors such as inclement weather, carrier delays, etc. We generally see packages take anywhere from 14-30 days depending on the destination, but can be subject to delays in customs.

For orders $300+

  • All international orders $300+ ship free! 
  • We ship via USPS International for our free ship method, but other carriers are available if chosen and paid for. 
  • Transit times will vary greatly depending on the destination country, carrier and method chosen, and other factors such as inclement weather, carrier delays, etc. We generally see packages take anywhere from 14-30 days depending on the destination, but can be subject to delays in customs.

IN-STORE PICKUP

Are you local to the Los Angeles area? We have in-store pickup for free! We're open 7 days a week and orders can be picked up anytime during regular store hours.

決済完了後、国際小包 USPSのファーストクラスインターナショナルで発送いたします。

発送はロサンゼルス時間の月曜日から金曜日になります。

発送完了までに2-3営業日かかりますのでご了承くださいませ。

通常お届けには、商品を発送してから14から30日となります。


発送のお知らせや追跡番号は発送完了のEメールでご確認くださいませ。


国外発送、返送につきましても送料は返金が出来かねます。

もし受け取り拒否をされた場合には通常の送料代金に加え、
